We endeavor to dispatch all orders received before 12pm AEST (Monday – Friday) on the same business day.

During peak and promotional times, please allow 2 extra business days for dispatch for any EU destination.  For non-EU destinations this is depending custom documents required to guarantee a successful quick arrival at your indicated delivery address.

All orders will be dispatch from our warehouse in Tilburg, Netherlands.

Remark:  Transportation cost will be calculated and informed upon finalizing your order – these depend on the size/weight of the products & the destination.



Although shipping services are fast, unfortunately we can’t guarantee timings as it depends on the destination. Occasionally, carriers experience delays and as much as we don’t like it, this is out of our control. We do not accept any liability and you agree to release all liability arising out of any delay in shipping and delivering an order.

This is especially for non-EU destinations as custom delays are potentially an additional hurdle.


Once your order has been packed and has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with all tracking details.

Please note it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking details to reach your inbox, once it has left our warehouse.

If there is an error with your address, please contact or call +31(0)85 0201887 asap and we will endeavor to amend it. However, due the fast-processing time of our online warehouse this is not guaranteed.

We do not accept any liability for incorrect addresses, however, will always try to accommodate amends where we can. To avoid disappointment, please make sure you check your delivery address carefully.


There may be rare instances when items purchased are sold out/unavailable on the same day of purchase. When this happens, the remainder of your order will still be dispatched.

A member of our team will be in touch, to either source the missing item from our factory or in the event that the item cannot be located or is sold out a refund will be processed on your behalf.

Orders are subject to availability and Maxliner Europe reserves the right to cancel any order, for any reason, including due to unavailability.
